Introducere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul <strong>URBAN SE (SANSSE)<\/strong> finan\u021bat din fonduri europene nu se limiteaz\u0103 la a oferi granturi pentru \u00eenfiin\u021barea a <strong>21 de \u00eentreprinderi sociale urbane<\/strong>.<br>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 obiectivul principal de a crea <strong>136 de locuri de munc\u0103 pentru persoane din grupuri vulnerabile<\/strong>, fiecare \u00eentreprindere are \u0219i obliga\u021bia de a integra <strong>temele orizontale \u0219i secundare<\/strong> \u00een activitatea sa zilnic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste teme sunt prev\u0103zute \u00een <strong>regulamentele UE<\/strong> \u0219i \u00een <strong>ghidurile solicitantului<\/strong> \u0219i reprezint\u0103 principii de baz\u0103 care trebuie reflectate \u00een toate etapele: planificare, implementare, monitorizare \u0219i raportare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 Ce sunt temele orizontale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Temele orizontale sunt <strong>principii transversale<\/strong> care trebuie integrate \u00een toate proiectele finan\u021bate din fonduri europene, indiferent de domeniu.<br>\u00cen cadrul URBAN SE, ele sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Egalitatea de \u0219anse \u0219i nediscriminarea<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103<\/strong>: Asigurarea accesului egal la oportunit\u0103\u021bi, f\u0103r\u0103 discriminare pe criterii de sex, v\u00e2rst\u0103, etnie, religie, orientare sexual\u0103, dizabilitate sau statut social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cum se aplic\u0103<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proceduri transparente de recrutare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anun\u021buri de angajare accesibile tuturor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptarea locului de munc\u0103 pentru persoanele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi (ex. rampe, echipamente asistive).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exemplu practic<\/strong>: O \u00eentreprindere social\u0103 care ofer\u0103 servicii de croitorie poate instala o mas\u0103 reglabil\u0103 pe \u00een\u0103l\u021bime pentru un angajat cu mobilitate redus\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Egalitatea \u00eentre femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103<\/strong>: Promovarea particip\u0103rii egale \u00een pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i eliminarea <strong>Dezvoltarea durabil\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103<\/strong>: Protejarea mediului \u0219i utilizarea responsabil\u0103 a resurselor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cum se aplic\u0103<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reciclarea de\u0219eurilor \u0219i reducerea consumului de energie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alegerea furnizorilor cu certific\u0103ri ecologice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exemplu practic<\/strong>: O tipografie social\u0103 folose\u0219te h\u00e2rtie reciclat\u0103 \u0219i secundare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Temele secundare nu sunt obligatorii \u00een aceea\u0219i m\u0103sur\u0103 ca temele orizontale, dar aduc <strong>valoare ad\u0103ugat\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i pot oferi un avantaj competitiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Inovarea social\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introducerea de solu\u021bii noi la probleme interne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exemplu: Crearea unui consiliu consultativ format din angaja\u021bi, inclusiv din grupuri vulnerabile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. administrative.<br>Ele reprezint\u0103 un <strong>cadru de valori<\/strong> care, dac\u0103 este aplicat corect, transform\u0103 afacerea \u00eentr-un model de responsabilitate social\u0103, economic\u0103 \u0219i ecologic\u0103.<br>Integrarea lor de la \u00eenceput consolideaz\u0103 durabilitatea afacerii \u0219i sprijin\u0103 misiunea social\u0103 pe termen
