Introducere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cadrul <strong>URBAN SE (SANSSE)<\/strong>, \u00eentreprinderile sociale nou-\u00eenfiin\u021bate se angajeaz\u0103 nu doar s\u0103 creeze locuri de munc\u0103 pentru persoane din grupuri vulnerabile, ci \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oare activitatea \u00een mod transparent \u0219i responsabil.<br>Una dintre cele mai importante responsabilit\u0103\u021bi \u00eenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceput este <strong>protec\u021bia datelor cu caracter personal<\/strong> \u2013 un domeniu care, \u00een lipsa unei abord\u0103ri corecte, poate atrage sanc\u021biuni semnificative \u0219i poate afecta reputa\u021bia afacerii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 Cadrul legal aplicabil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centreprinderile din proiect sunt obligate s\u0103 respecte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regulamentul (UE) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/strong> \u2013 direct aplicabil \u00een toate statele membre UE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legea nr. 190\/2018<\/strong> \u2013 reglementeaz\u0103 m\u0103surile de aplicare a GDPR \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Codul muncii<\/strong> \u0219i alte acte normative relevante, \u00een m\u0103sura \u00een care prelucrarea datelor este legat\u0103 de rela\u021biile de munc\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Obliga\u021biile specifice din contractele de subven\u021bie<\/strong> \u2013 care pot include raportarea
