Ei sunt cei care-\u015fi pun \u00eentreb\u0103ri de genul: Oare ar trebui s\u0103 m\u0103 orientez c\u0103tre management?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen acela\u015fi timp tinerii profesioni\u015fti NU au de cele mai multe ori preg\u0103tire managerial\u0103, dat fiind c\u0103 \u00een facultate ei au studiat mai degrab\u0103 discipline tehnice sau socio-umane. Fi\u015fa postului nu presupune pentru aceste persoane existen\u0163a abilit\u0103\u0163ilor de management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De multe ori un bun inginer nu este automat un bun manager. Desemnarea unui bun specialist pentru o pozi\u0163ie managerial\u0103 poate \u00eensemna c\u0103 ai pierdut un bun profesionist \u015fi ai c\u00e2\u015ftigat un prost manager.
