{"id":153,"date":"2021-12-06T13:55:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-06T13:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zi-deschisa.ro\/fzd\/?p=153"},"modified":"2022-01-13T13:55:53","modified_gmt":"2022-01-13T13:55:53","slug":"perfectionarea-continua-a-angajatilor-din-firme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zi-deschisa.ro\/fzd\/index.php\/2021\/12\/06\/perfectionarea-continua-a-angajatilor-din-firme\/","title":{"rendered":"Perfec\u021bionarea continu\u0103 a angaja\u021bilor din firme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen contextul \u00een care se pune accent din ce \u00een ce mai mult pe formarea profesional\u0103 continu\u0103, aceasta nu mai poate fi considerat\u0103 o modalitate de dezvoltare personal\u0103 a angaja\u021bilor, ci o real\u0103 investi\u021bie superioar\u0103 \u00een dezvoltarea capitalului uman, cu implica\u021bii asupra calit\u0103\u021bii muncii \u0219i implicit a vie\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce este formarea profesionala?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formarea profesionala reprezint\u0103 un proces complex de preg\u0103tire, care presupune dob\u00e2ndirea unei noi calific\u0103ri, atestata printr-un certificat sau o diplom\u0103, eliberate conform legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, formarea profesional\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o activitate prin care o persoan\u0103, dob\u00e2nde\u0219te noi cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi \u00een calificarea pe care o posed\u0103 deja, fie o policalificare sau recalificare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formarea profesional\u0103 se organizeaz\u0103 pentru ocupa\u021bii, meserii, specialit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i profesii cuprinse \u00een Clasificarea Ocupa\u021biilor din Romania (COR), pe baza standardelor ocupa\u021bionale \u0219i a clasific\u0103rilor elaborate de comitetele sectoriale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Codul Muncii stabile\u0219te drepturile pe care le au angaja\u021bii, unul dintre acestea fiind dreptul de acces la formare profesional\u0103. Aceste drepturi ce decurg din prevederile legale men\u021bionate se completeaz\u0103 cu cele ce decurg din contractul colectiv de munc\u0103 aplicabil \u0219i din contractele individuale de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formele \u0219i obiectivele preg\u0103tirii profesionale a salaria\u021bilor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen conformitate cu prevederile art. 192 din Codul Muncii, formarea profesional\u0103 a salaria\u021bilor are c\u00e2teva obiective bine stabilite:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) adaptarea salariatului la cerin\u021bele postului sau ale locului de munc\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) ob\u021binerea unei calific\u0103ri profesionale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) actualizarea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i deprinderilor specifice postului \u0219i locului de munc\u0103 \u0219i perfec\u021bionarea preg\u0103tirii profesionale pentru ocupa\u021bia de baz\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) reconversia profesional\u0103 determinat\u0103 de restructur\u0103ri socio-economice;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e) dob\u00e2ndirea unor cuno\u0219tin\u021be avansate, a unor metode \u0219i procedee moderne, necesare pentru realizarea activit\u0103\u021bilor profesionale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f) prevenirea riscului \u0219omajului;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">g) promovarea \u00een munc\u0103 \u0219i dezvoltarea carierei profesionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit prevederilor art. 193 din Codul Muncii, preg\u0103tirea profesional\u0103 a angaja\u021bilor poate \u00eembr\u0103ca urm\u0103toarele forme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) participarea la cursuri organizate de c\u0103tre angajator sau de c\u0103tre furnizorii de servicii de formare profesional\u0103 din \u021bar\u0103 sau din str\u0103in\u0103tate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) stagii de adaptare profesional\u0103 la cerin\u021bele postului \u0219i ale locului de munc\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) stagii de practic\u0103 \u0219i specializare \u00een \u021bar\u0103 \u0219i \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) ucenicie organizat\u0103 la locul de munc\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e) formare individualizat\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f) alte forme de preg\u0103tire convenite \u00eentre angajator \u0219i salariat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cen contextul \u00een care se pune accent din ce \u00een ce mai mult pe formarea profesional\u0103 continu\u0103, aceasta nu mai poate fi considerat\u0103 o modalitate de dezvoltare personal\u0103 a angaja\u021bilor, ci o real\u0103 investi\u021bie superioar\u0103 \u00een dezvoltarea capitalului uman, cu implica\u021bii asupra calit\u0103\u021bii muncii \u0219i implicit a vie\u021bii.
