Pentru toate acestea organismul copilului are nevoie de un nivel mai mare de nutrien\u021bi esen\u021biali &#8211; substan\u021be hr\u0103nitoare: proteine, vitamine, minerale, acizi gra\u0219i esen\u021biali, dar \u0219i de energie mai mult\u0103 dec\u00e2t un adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"582\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/zi-deschisa.ro\/edanteprescolara\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Picture1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-146\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zi-deschisa.ro\/edanteprescolara\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Picture1.jpg 582w, https:\/\/zi-deschisa.ro\/edanteprescolara\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Picture1-300x258.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 582px) 100vw, 582px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este important ca necesarul de vitamine \u0219i minerale s\u0103 fie asigurat prin alimenta\u021bie \u0219i nu prin administrarea de suplimente de vitamine, deoarece copiii au tendin\u021ba de a fi supu\u0219i toxicit\u0103\u021bii acestora \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd o face\u021bi este bine s\u0103 ave\u021bi recomandarea medicului. Necesarul de vitamine \u0219i minerale se poate ob\u021bine destul de u\u0219or, preg\u0103tind m\u00e2nc\u0103ruri, care includ o varietate de alimente \u0219i dup\u0103 metode care le p\u0103streaz\u0103 c\u00e2t mai bine calit\u0103\u021bile nutritive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cele mai importante vitamine \u0219i mineralele implicate \u00een procesul de cre\u0219tere \u0219i care nu ar trebui s\u0103 lipseasc\u0103 din alimenta\u021bia zilnic\u0103 a copilului sunt: complexul de vitamine B, vitaminele A, C, D \u0219i E, calciul, fierul \u0219i zincul.
