Aceste date r\u0103m\u00e2n \u201epersonale\u201d chiar dac\u0103 persoana respectiv\u0103 decide s\u0103 le fac\u0103 publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;<strong>categorie special\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;de date vizeaz\u0103 subiecte mai sensibile. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te \u0219colile, aceste informa\u021bii cuprind&nbsp;<strong>datele biometrice<\/strong>&nbsp;(de ex., amprentele, fotografiile) ale elevilor,&nbsp;<strong>credin\u021bele lor religioase<\/strong>&nbsp;(de ex., dac\u0103 un elev a ales s\u0103 nu frecventeze ora&nbsp;de religie),&nbsp;<strong>datele despre s\u0103n\u0103tatea<\/strong>&nbsp;(de ex., alergii) sau&nbsp;<strong>dieta elevilor<\/strong>&nbsp;(informa\u021bii care pot contribui la identificarea religiei sau st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate a elevilor). Datele din aceast\u0103 categorie pot constitui un risc la adresa persoanelor \u0219i, prin urmare, pot fi prelucrate doar&nbsp;\u00een anumite condi\u021bii. Este foarte probabil ca \u0219colile s\u0103 nu le poat\u0103 folosi f\u0103r\u0103 consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul p\u0103rin\u021bilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Care sunt factorii care trebuie implica\u021bi \u00een actul didactic \u0219i ce responsabilit\u0103\u021bi au?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1 Inspectoratul \u0219colar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inspectoratul \u0219colar,&nbsp;<\/strong>conform art. 10, coordoneaz\u0103 \u00eentreaga activitate didactic\u0103, acord\u0103 sprijin cadrelor didactice, identific\u0103 solu\u021bii \u0219i ofer\u0103 asisten\u021b\u0103 tehnic\u0103 sau de specialitate dar \u0219i consiliere privind desf\u0103\u0219urarea actului didactic. Pe scurt, este colaboratorul de baz\u0103 al \u0219colii \u0219i al profesorilor atunci c\u00e2nd vorbim despre o nel\u0103murire privitoare la protec\u021bia datelor: ex. ce resurse informatice (aplica\u021bii) folosim pentru \u021binerea orelor online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 Unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt&nbsp;<\/strong>are mai multe atribu\u021bii, conform art. 11, enumer\u0103m c\u00e2teva: repartizeaz\u0103 tabletele (sau alte dispozitive de conectare la internet) elevilor care nu au, sprijin\u0103 cadrele didactice \u0219i elevii s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i creeze conturi de email \u0219i de acces la platforme \u0219i aplica\u021bii online, stabile\u0219te necesarul de resurse umane \u0219i informa\u021bionale pentru desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3 Cadrele didactice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cadrele didactice<\/strong>, au \u0219i acestea anumite atribu\u021bii conform art. 12 \u2013 13: \u00ce\u0219i proiecteaz\u0103, adapteaz\u0103 \u0219i realizeaz\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile educative \u00een conformitate cu \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul online, elaboreaz\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi de suport, teze de lucru \u0219i ofer\u0103 resurse online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 Elevii<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 to\u021bi ceilal\u021bi au ATRIBU\u021aII, elevii au RESPONSABILIT\u0102\u021aI conform art. 14: trebuie s\u0103 participe la cursurile online altfel vor fi trecu\u021bi ca absen\u021bi, trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i fac\u0103 temele \u0219i s\u0103 le trimit\u0103 la termen, nu au voie s\u0103 \u00eenregistreze orele sau s\u0103 comunice datele de conectare altor persoane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 P\u0103rin\u021bii<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform art. 15 trebuie s\u0103 asigure participarea copiilor la orele online, s\u0103 men\u021bin\u0103 comunicarea cu cadrele didactice, s\u0103 ajute elevul la primirea \u0219i transmiterea sarcinilor de lucru \u0219i s\u0103 ofere feedbacj cadrelor didactice cu privire la modalitatea de predare-\u00eenv\u0103\u021bare-evaluare online.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recunoa\u0219te\u021bi diferen\u021ba: date personale \u0219i sensibile Datele personale&nbsp;cuprind orice informa\u021bie care permite identificarea unei persoane sau a familiei acesteia. \u00cen arhivele \u0219colare, aceste date cuprind:&nbsp;numele,&nbsp;adresa,&nbsp;datele de contact,&nbsp;informa\u021biile despre purtare,&nbsp;notele&nbsp;\u0219i&nbsp;caracteriz\u0103rile&nbsp;elevilor.
