Egalitatea de \u015fanse are la baza asigurarea particip\u0103rii depline a fiec\u0103rei persoane la via\u021ba economic\u0103 \u0219i social\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 deosebire de origine etnic\u0103, sex, religie, v\u00e2rst\u0103, dizabilit\u0103\u021bi etc. \u015ecoala este leag\u0103nul copil\u0103riei \u00een care toate speran\u0163ele pot deveni realitate dac\u0103 cei care iau parte la activit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, pofesori \u015fi elevi, con\u015ftientizeaz\u0103 diversitatea \u015fi complexitatea naturii umane \u015fi valorific\u0103 fiecare talent sau latur\u0103 creativ\u0103 d\u0103ruit\u0103 de Dumnezeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015ecoala rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 se confrunt\u0103 \u00een ultimul timp cu diferite probleme, printre care se num\u0103r\u0103 \u015fi \u015fcolarizarea copiilor defavoriza\u0163i sau celor cu cerin\u0163e educative speciale Egalitatea \u0219anselor de instruire este teoretic garantat\u0103 \u00een aproape toate \u021b\u0103rile lumii, dar realizarea practic\u0103 a acestui principiu generos continu\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 una din cauzele de importan\u021b\u0103 major\u0103 ale reformelor. Conceptul de ,,egalitate\u201c \u00eenseamn\u0103 ast\u0103zi ceva mai mult dec\u00e2t drepturile egale pe care democra\u021bii secolului trecut le revendicau cu entuziasm pentru to\u021bi cet\u0103\u021benii; ea \u00eenseamn\u0103 o egalitate real\u0103 a \u0219anselor individuale de promovare social\u0103, iar educa\u021bia este instrumentul cel mai important \u00een dezvoltare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egalitatea \u015fanselor semnific\u0103, \u00een fapt, oferirea de op\u0163iuni multiple pentru capacit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi aptitudini diferite, \u201eo educa\u0163ie pentru to\u0163i \u015fi pentru fiecare\u201d, o educa\u0163ie deschis\u0103 pentru toate persoanele, indiferent de v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u015fi condi\u0163ii socio-economice, dar \u015fi o educa\u0163ie pentru fiecare, \u00een func\u0163ie de nevoile sale specifice \u2013 evit\u00e2ndu-se omogenizarea \u015fi \u00eencuraj\u00e2ndu-se diversitatea \u2013 care s\u0103 creeze premisele egalit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fanselor de acces \u00een via\u0163a social\u0103.
